Fairly clean hotel with very welcoming employees at the reception desk. Superb breakfast served with outstanding food. Nice pool, parking nearby. No charge for concierge service and wake up calls too. Lovely historic property, 12 miles from El Dorado International airport.

The breakfast spread was superb. the location of the hotel was marvelous and fantastic – around 10-15 minutes walk from Gold Museum. - It was a short walk to the Botero Museum, Bolívar square, restaurants, cafes, museums.

Lovely building and rooms. Great location. Excellent staff. well designed and well maintained interiors.
All the sitting chairs and settee in the room are too high off the ground and not particularly comfortable. The beds are rather hard. The shower heads do not deliver a steady hard stream of water. The water was not consistently hot during a shower. The staff serving breakfast was consistently caring and attentive. However the food could be more interesting and delicious (same for room service). Focusing on creating an inspired menu of dishes will bring the hotel into the next level of a truly luxury option for the traveler.

I really liked this place. It was super clean and the folks at the front desk were so friendly. the location was amazing, right next to the famous Colon theatre! 🎭

Hotel was quaint and boutique-ish - lots of charm. Well located in the historic part of town so you could walk to everything. Room was comfortable but small. Nice bathroom.
Room was very small and faced into an inside covered courtyard which was the dining room so it could be noisy at times.

Great location for night life especially if you are in your 20's or early 30's very inexperienced staff. Walking distance to good shopping and restaurants. Rooms too dark.
